(eng): We characterize the class of copulas than can be constructed fron the diagonal section by means of the functional equation C(x, y) + |x - y| = C(x V y, x V y), for all (x, y) in the unit square such that C(x, y) > 0. Some statistical proprieties of this class are given.

(cze): V práci je charakterizované třídění kopulí konstruovaných z diagonály ve smyslu funkcionální rovnice C(x, y) + |x-y| = C(x V y, x V y) pro všechy (x, y) z jednotkového čtverce takové, že C(x, y) > 0. Jsou uvedeny i některé statistické vlastnosti této třídy.
