(eng): We study the polynomial matrix compensator equation X1Dr+Y1Nr = Dk (COMP), where (a) the right-coprime polynomial matrix pair (Nr,Dr) is given by the strictly proper rational plant right matrix-fraction P = NrDr-1, (b) Dk is a given nonsingular stable closed-loop characteristic polinomial matrix, and (c) (X1, Y1) ia a polynomial matrix solution pair resulting possibly in a (stabilizing) rational compensator given by the left fraction C = X1-1Y1.

(cze): Studujeme maticovou polynomiální rovnici kompenzátoru XlDr + YlNr = Dk (COMP), kde (a) zprava nesoudělný pár polynomiálních matic (Nr,Dr) je dán pravým maticovým zlomkem přísně ryzí racionální sosutavy P = Nr/Dr, (b) Dk je daná nesingulární stabilní charakteristická polynomiální matice a (c) (Xl, Yl) je maticový polynomiální pár řešení možná vedoucí na (stabilizující) racionální kompenzátor daný levým zlomkem C = Xl/Yl.
