(eng): Radiological consequence assessment of radionuclide releases from nuclear facilities are analysed at low-wind speed (calm) atmospheric conditions. A certain program tool is proposed and developed for purposes of risk assessment taking into account all possible pathways of radioactivity intake. Discrete Gaussian puff model and Gaussian plume approximations are used for results generation.
